§ 1. General Provisions
- These Regulations define the rules for using the website available at ironcladlegal.com, operated by Ironclad Legal Compliance Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at Podwale 62, 50-010 Wrocław, Poland.
- The website is for informational purposes and provides a platform for contacting the firm and, for registered clients, accessing a secure client portal. Use of the website signifies acceptance of these Regulations.
- These Regulations are made available free of charge via the website in a form that allows for their acquisition, reproduction, and recording. Contact with the service provider is possible via email at contact@ironcladlegal.com.
- All content published on the website, including text, graphics, and logos, is protected by copyright and is the property of Ironclad Legal Compliance Sp. z o.o. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
§ 2. Definitions
- Platform – The website operated by the service provider at the domain ironcladlegal.com, including its client portal.
- User – Any natural person, legal person, or organizational unit using the Platform, whether as a visitor or a registered client.
- Account – A User's individual profile within the client portal, accessible after logging in with a unique identifier and password.
- Services – Services provided electronically via the Platform, such as the contact form and the client portal for case management.
- Regulations – This document, specifying the terms and conditions for the use of the Platform and its Services.
§ 3. Type and Scope of Services Provided
- The Platform provides informational content regarding the legal services offered by Ironclad Legal Compliance. This content does not constitute legal advice and should not be treated as such. Specific legal advice is provided only within a formal client engagement.
- The Platform enables Users to send inquiries through a contact form. Use of the form requires providing contact details to allow for a response from the service provider.
- For clients with a formal engagement, the Platform offers access to a secure client Account for managing documents, communication, and billing related to their legal case.
- The service provider reserves the right to temporarily suspend the provision of Services for maintenance or modification of the Platform, and will endeavor to inform Users of any planned interruptions.
§ 4. Technical Requirements
- To use the Platform correctly, the User must have a device with internet access and a modern web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) with JavaScript and cookies enabled.
- The service provider is not responsible for disruptions in the functioning of the Platform resulting from a User's failure to meet these technical requirements.
- The User is solely responsible for ensuring the security of their login credentials for the client Account and for any activity that occurs under their Account.
§ 5. Rights and Obligations of the User
- The User is obligated to use the Platform in accordance with applicable law, the provisions of these Regulations, and good practices. Providing unlawful content is strictly prohibited.
- The User agrees to provide true and accurate data when using contact forms or registering an Account. The User is responsible for keeping this information up to date.
- The User may not take any actions that could interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform, including the use of malicious software or attempts to gain unauthorized access to the client portal or other systems connected to the Platform.
- Any complaints regarding the functioning of the Platform should be submitted electronically to contact@ironcladlegal.com. Complaints will be processed within 14 days of receipt.
- The User acknowledges that all intellectual property rights to the content on the Platform belong to the service provider and agrees not to copy, distribute, or otherwise use them without prior written consent.
§ 6. Final Provisions
- The service provider reserves the right to amend these Regulations. Any amendments will be published on the Platform and will become effective on the date of publication. Continued use of the Platform signifies acceptance of the changes.
- In matters not covered by these Regulations, the relevant provisions of Polish law, including the Civil Code and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means, shall apply.
- Any disputes arising from the provision of Services under these Regulations shall be resolved by the competent court for the registered office of the service provider.
